San Diego, California — A family vacation turned into a devastating tragedy after a 17-year-old pregnant teenager from Arizona was fatally shot in San Diego, leaving her unborn child fighting for survival and prompting a murder investigation.
Authorities say the shooting occurred early Saturday morning outside a short-term rental property where the teenager was staying with family members during a trip to Southern California.

Investigators later located Williams at approximately 3 a.m.
