According to the Santa Barbara County District Attorney’s Office, Rosanne Marquis, 71, was formally charged on June 9 with 77 felony counts tied to her operation of an in-home health care service in Santa Barbara County.
Prosecutors Allege Theft From Elderly Clients
Authorities claim Marquis operated an unlicensed business known as Rosanne Marquis HomeCare Service while providing care to elderly dependent adults. During that time, prosecutors allege she stole money from several clients, including a military veteran.
