I personally really enjoyed this series, every episode keeping you on the edge of your seat. This series has officially finished with its final episode, aired on June 26, 2023. While watching this, you will learn new things about the characters and/or story on every episode, no filler episodes, just pure plot. Manifest allows you to theorize and try to figure things out before the next episode. It leaves you curious and genuinely interested in the outcome of the characters. Manifest has heartbreak, romance, betrayal, mystery, supernatural, and family. The characters are constantly running around, and trying to figure out what exactly happened to them on the plane. Unfortunately for the passengers, a lot of people aren’t willing to accept them back into society, hating, and fearing them. Which can range from kidnapping and experimenting on them to hating online and throwing things at their houses. However, a few of the passengers aren’t the best and lead others into self-destruction. Manifest is, surprisingly, created based on real-life events, but not exactly. The mysterious disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 in 2014, which continues to intrigue people all over the world, served as the primary source of inspiration for the series Manifest. The plane was making its way from Beijing to Kuala Lumpur. The ship’s twelve crew members and 227 passengers vanished without a trace. “That flight has a pivotal role in my story, but the truth of the matter is that I thought of that idea almost ten years ago,” said Jeff Rake, the creator of the show.
